Workbotic Data Ops

Privacy policy

How we handle your information.

Workbotic Data Ops is part of Workbotic, an Australian AI and automation company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.

Last updated: 20 June 2026.

1. Who we are

This site, workboticdata.com, is run by Workbotic, the company behind Workbotic Data Ops. You can reach us at hello@workboticdata.com about anything in this policy.

2. What we collect

When you use the quote form, we collect your name, business email, business name, approximate volume and a description of the task. If you send a sample or files for a job, we receive whatever those files contain, handled under our data handling principles. We also collect basic usage data when you visit the site, such as pages viewed, actions taken, rough location and device type.

3. How we use it

We use your enquiry details to reply, scope the work and give you a fixed quote. We use project files only to do the agreed job. We use usage data to understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Analytics and cookies

We use PostHog to measure how the site is used. It may set a cookie or use local storage to recognise a return visit. You can block or clear cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.

5. Service providers

We share information with providers who help us run the service: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (sending enquiry emails to us) and PostHog (analytics). They process data on our instructions. We do not sell or rent your information.

6. Where data is processed

Your project files are handled under agreed terms and are not placed into public consumer AI tools. Some of the providers above, including our analytics and email providers, process data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy. If a job requires data to stay onshore, we agree that before any data moves.

7. Storage, security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond or meet our obligations. Project files are deleted on the schedule agreed for each job, subject to legal and backup constraints.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@workboticdata.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, always lives on this page.
